Welcome to ScentSet. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of scentset.net and to orders placed with ScentSet.
By using this website, submitting an order request or purchasing a ScentSet, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About ScentSet
ScentSet offers curated and bespoke fragrance sets containing authentic fragrances decanted from original perfume bottles into smaller atomisers.
ScentSet is an independent seller and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of the fragrance houses or brands represented on this website.
All brand names, trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the original fragrances included in each ScentSet.
2. Products
ScentSet currently offers:
All fragrances are independently decanted by ScentSet from original perfume bottles.
The appearance of packaging, labels or original perfume bottles shown on the website may vary slightly from time to time due to packaging updates by fragrance manufacturers.
3. Fragrance Availability
Curated ScentSets are subject to fragrance availability.
Bespoke requests are also subject to availability. Where a requested fragrance is unavailable, ScentSet may contact the customer to discuss an alternative before any order is prepared.
No substitution will be made without the customer’s agreement.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on scentset.net are in UAE dirhams (AED).
Prices may change at any time, but any price already confirmed and paid for an accepted order will not be changed afterwards.
For Bespoke ScentSets, the customer will receive a personalised price before the order is prepared.
Once the customer approves the personalised price and completes payment, preparation of the order will begin.
5. Ordering
For curated ScentSets, customers may submit an order through the relevant order form on the website.
For Bespoke ScentSets, customers submit their chosen fragrances through the Bespoke form.
Submitting a form does not by itself guarantee acceptance of an order.
An order is accepted once ScentSet confirms the order and payment has been received.
ScentSet reserves the right to decline an order where a fragrance is unavailable, information provided is incomplete, payment is not received, or another reasonable issue prevents fulfilment.
6. Payment
Payment must be made in full before an order is prepared.
Customers will receive payment instructions after submitting an order.
Orders will not be prepared or dispatched until payment has been successfully received.
7. Preparation and Delivery
Orders are prepared by hand and are normally dispatched within the timeframe stated on the website.
Delivery is currently available within the United Arab Emirates only.
Delivery charges vary according to location and are shown on the website or confirmed before payment.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
ScentSet is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside ScentSet’s reasonable control.
8. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Because fragrances are individually decanted and prepared for each order, returns and cancellations are limited once preparation has begun.
However, customers should contact ScentSet promptly if:

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available to customers under applicable UAE consumer protection law. UAE consumer law protects consumers in relation to defective, damaged, misdescribed and otherwise non-conforming goods.

9. Authenticity
ScentSet takes authenticity seriously.
Every fragrance sold by ScentSet is represented as an authentic fragrance decanted from an original perfume bottle.
ScentSet does not sell counterfeit, replica, inspired-by or diluted fragrances.
10. Fragrance Experience
Fragrance perception is subjective.
How a fragrance smells, develops or performs can vary depending on skin chemistry, environment, application and individual perception.
Personal dislike of a fragrance or differences in perceived longevity, projection or scent profile do not by themselves mean that the product is defective.
11. Website Information
ScentSet aims to keep all product descriptions, fragrance names, prices and other information accurate.
However, occasional errors may occur.
ScentSet may correct typographical, pricing, description or technical errors at any time.
If an error materially affects an order already submitted, the customer will be contacted before the order is processed.
12. Images
Images used on the website are intended to help identify fragrances and communicate the mood or concept of each ScentSet.
Some lifestyle or promotional imagery may be digitally created or enhanced.
Original fragrance bottle packaging may also change over time.
The fragrance supplied will be the fragrance named in the product description, regardless of minor visual differences in packaging.
13. Intellectual Property
The ScentSet name, logo, website design, original written content, photography, graphics and other original ScentSet materials may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Third-party fragrance names, trademarks and logos belong to their respective owners.
14. Privacy
Personal information submitted through the website is handled in accordance with the ScentSet Privacy Policy.
Customer information will only be used for purposes such as processing orders, arranging payment and delivery, responding to enquiries and operating the website.
15. Contact
Customers may contact ScentSet through the Contact section of scentset.net regarding orders, deliveries, returns or other enquiries.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ScentSet will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute will be handled in accordance with applicable UAE law.
18. Changes to These Terms
ScentSet may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be published on scentset.net with the applicable update date.
